What makes us different from our competition? I get asked this question quite a bit when meeting with someone considering selling their multi-family property. I love answering this question because I’m proud to say that our website is our biggest asset and differentiator over our competition.

If you haven’t visited our website, I invite you to do so. It’s much like Zillow but for multi-family properties. We’re quickly becoming the preferred search platform for buyers throughout Massachusetts. It allows us to get our clients more buyers, offers, and money for their properties.

The site attracts thousands of qualified, targeted buyers each month. The secret sauce is our software which provides projected financial analysis such as cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, projected rent rolls and expenses, and much more for every property. That allows our users to make informed and educated decisions in just minutes. There are no spreadsheets, the site is free, easy to use, and there are no passwords to remember.

Some of you may not know this, but I only sell multi-family properties (though occasionally I’ll work with family or friends to help them buy a home).
